01Tracks company obtains ITIL 2011 Certification

01Tracks, the pioneering Jordan-based software development company, has recently received ITIL 2011 Certification, the sole and most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world.
Through this certificate which adds to the company's impressive record of achievements, 01Tracks aspires to earn the lifelong trust of its customers in local products, and to increase its competitive edge locally and regionally, consequently increasing its market share.
In his comment, the CEO of 01Tracks, Mohammed Mfarrej said: "We are very proud to be the only software development company that has acquired an ITIL 2011 certificate in the region, which has positioned us amongst international companies, due to the certificate's significance for software development companies."
Mfarrej noted that the service desk solution; MenaTracks, was specially designed to serve all public and private sector enterprises, incorporating several user-friendly features that help companies and organizations to automatically track and address suggestions, queries and complaints in a modern approach that consists of solving and managing all incidents without closing any of them.
To ensure effective service provision, the application contains Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tools for managing Service Level Agreements (SLA), making it a knowledge base that consists of the most frequent complaints and requests, Mfarrej added.
It is worth mentioning that 01Tracks was established in Amman in 2006 by a competent team having over 40 years experience in the IT and software development fields. Since its inception, the company has been able to add new customer names to its client list, including Greater Amman Municipality, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Water and Irrigation, Cairo Amman Bank, the International Financial Advisors (IFA) in Kuwait, Arab Insurance Company, and McDonald's in Saudi Arabia among others.
