01Tracks company obtains ITIL 2011 Certification

This international certificate is the fruit of the company's visionary thinking and continuous efforts to comply with international standards and practices for IT service management and its commitment to supporting its clients with a variety of e-solutions and implementations, including MenaTracks, the only ITIL-winning application in the Arab world.

Through this certificate which adds to the company's impressive record of achievements, 01Tracks aspires to earn the lifelong trust of its customers in local products, and to increase its competitive edge locally and regionally, consequently increasing its market share.

In his comment, the CEO of 01Tracks, Mohammed Mfarrej said: "We are very proud to be the only software development company that has acquired an ITIL 2011 certificate in the region, which has positioned us amongst international companies, due to the certificate's significance for software development companies."
