$136m Gemini for BB

Omniyat Properties has unveiled its fourth commercial project, Gemini, a $136.2m freehold office tower in Dubai's Business Bay. Gemini will have a twin tower design and will be completed by the middle of 2009. The development will consist of 20 storeys and will comprise 260,237 sqft of office space.
