Asam, Grosvenor tower

Asam Investments and Real Estate plans to launch the Grosvenor Business Tower at a cost of $122.5m. The tower is to be located at the Tecom Free Zone, off the Sheikh Zayed Road, and should be ready by April 2008. The tower has been designed by the Arch Group, the architects of the Grosvenor House in Dubai Marina, the Emirates Group HQ and Le Meridien in Fujairah.
