ADIH sells Beirut Gate plot

The Abu Dhabi Investment House has revealed that Lebanese firm Star Property and Tourist Development is to buy the first of eight plots in its $600m Beirut Gate project. Rashad Janahi, the CEO of ADIH, said that the deal is valued at around $30m and there is a strong possibility of two more plots being sold before the end of the year.
