Emirates cancels A340-600s

Emirates airline says it is cancelling an order and options for 20 Airbus A340-600s, according to the Wall Street Journal. The move follows Emirates President Tim Clark's complaints last year about the high operating costs of the A340 family. The Airbus order and options had a reported catalogue value of around $4bn.
