Amwal Invest applies ESKADENIA®CMS

Amwal Invest has implemented its IT project in phases, with the objective of building an advanced interactive website that provides informative investment services as well as Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Customer (B2C) interactions. The Amwal Invest team now have full control over the firm's Web presence through e-content administration and structure management; this is provided using the latest release of ESKADENIA's state-of-the-art Content Management System (ESKADENIA®CMS).

ESADENIA® CMS Web builder provides Amwal Invest with a bilingual English-Arabic website that presents comprehensive information including overviews, latest news, services & products, and research capabilities. The website design has been created in harmony with the firm's corporate identity and its established perception of power, stability and trust. The structuring of the website including its main sections, modules, content, integration links, and business rules, has been quickly set and deployed using ESADENIA® CMS. Once deployed, the system now allows Amwal Invest to publish and manage its own website offerings. Accordingly, the website has become an independent application, with the business users at Amwal Invest managing and developing it by themselves.

Using ESKADENIA® CMS, Amwal Invest will be taking its website into a new dynamic environment of control. The CMS system, based on Microsoft.NET, XHTML and CSS technologies, allows Amwal Invest's webmasters to benefit from a wide range of rich features without technical assistance or knowledge of programming languages. This will streamline the website administration process and reduce the workload. Provided features include the management of news, events, mailing lists, newsletters, website menus, images, and XHTML blocks, as well as the ability to build dynamic forms for registration purposes.

Users are now able to access ESKADENIA® CMS through a multi browser-based interface. This accessibility of the system as well as its WYSIWYG page editing and extensive linking between pages make it a user friendly and easy to use system. The system is also scalable to cater for websites and portals with huge volume of dynamic content and load, which suites the work needs of Amwal Invest.

Phase two of the project will enable the Amwal Invest website into a powerful full-fledged B2B and B2C Web presence by adding the Brokerage and Investor modules and services, which will integrate with third-party applications and payment gateways. The website will therefore become a primary medium through which Amwal Invest can have a personalised, interactive and rich source of information and services available for its customers.
