US firm to sell Dhofar Power stake

A consortium of Gulf and Malaysian investors will buy a stake in Oman's Dhofar Power Company from the company's largest shareholder, US-based Public Service Enterprise Group, Reuters reported. The consortium, Oman Technical Partners Limited, includes The GCC Energy Fund of Dubai, Darbat Power of Oman and Malaysia's Malakoff Berhad, according to a DPC statement cited by the news agency.
