During the meeting, Eng. Salah also highlighted the importance of communicating the mission, vision, objective and strategy throughout the whole group and invited all employees to assist in the achieving the goals.

It has also been announced that it has the biggest outdoor advert in Abu Dhabi for the first real estate projects, Danet Abu Dhabi, and is one of the largest real estate developers in Abu Dhabi.

'It is very essential that each and every manager communicates the upcoming stage that Al Qudra Holding is heading to,' said Eng. Salah Salem Bin Omeir Al Shamsi. 'There exist various projects and developments that need persistence, creativity, patience, dedication and commitment.'
