DM Training Centre hosts international HRD expert

The Training Centre of Dubai Municipality on Thursday hosted world renowned lecturer on Human Resource Development Dr. Ibrahim Al Fuqai as part of the inaugural activities of the Centre.

The DM Training Centre was opened by Eng. Hussain Nasser Lootah, Acting Director General of Dubai Municipality on Wednesday last.
The lecture was attended by a big number of Dubai Municipality employees and a large number of employees of different local government departments. Dr. Fuqai spoke about the "art of perfecting modern management strategies." He was specially flown in from Canada for delivering the lecture, which drew a lot of praise from the attendees.

Dr. Fuqai dwelt in length on the bases and skills for successful leadership personalities, best administrative and strategic planning methods and the art of decision making.

Dr. Fuqai is one of the best lecturers in the world in the field of human resources development and the founder of the schools of thought, "the dynamics of adjusting with nervousness" and "the power of human strength."

Prior to the event, the Municipality also hosted a dinner in honour of Dr. Fuqai on board a dhow in Dubai Creek, which was attended by the trainees, local and GCC lecturers and trainers including Professor Khalifa Al Mahrazi, Ahmed Jamal, Dr. Mohammed Deemas, Ayoub Al Ayoub from Kuwait and a number of directors of departments and lecturers of Dubai Municipality.
