Jordanian passengers up 19%

Royal Jordanian carried 145,000 passengers in October 2006, 19% more than in October 2005, Jordan times reported. The carrier flew 2,077 flights in the month on its fleet of 24 planes, averaging 67 flights a day. It has recently put six new Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft into operation.
