CBI, Commercial Bank International launched a summer training program (CBI Ajyal)

CBI, Commercial Bank International has embarked on a Summer Training Program (CBI Ajyal) for students in schools, colleges and Universities at all its branches throughout the United Arab Emirates.
The training was pursued under the supervision of a special training committee appointed by the bank board of administration in cooperation with branch managers, according to a custom-made training plan designed prior the beginning of the program to suit the needs and requirements of every trainee.
At the end of the program, trainees underwent an evaluation test to ensure they have gained proper benefits from their sessions and carried out the functions previously planned in the training strategy. The students also received a Training Completion Certificate from the bank and a financial reward for the period spent in the bank.
A number of trainees have successfully completed their sessions, whereas, some are still proceeding with the training plan.
CBI, Commercial Bank International usually sets this program for students during their summer holiday as part of a training program and in a bid to help finalizing the graduation requirements
The Bank's Training Committee give a great priority to this program by ensuring that every participant is getting the maximum benefit from it, which will contribute in preparing them to navigate through their practical future career confidently upon graduation.
Occasionally, the bank selects some of the trainees and offers them a job placement upon their graduation.
34 trainees in total have taken part in the (CBI Ajyal), 18 have been selected to join the Bank's work force, as trainee employees. The remaining 16 will be sent to colleges and universities.
