The three day real estate exhibition and conference comprises of 25 different sessions through which 75 experts will cover the economic, business and real estate sectors. Mr. Ali Kolaghassi, Vice Chairman and CEO of Saraya, will participate in one session under the title of Build it and they will come which focuses on the belief in the unique attractions and developing of areas into destinations by putting the infrastructure in place, demand will grow as supply becomes abundant. In addition, Saraya Aqaba will be presented within a different session which discusses regional leading projects.
Saraya's participation in this worldwide event at its second consecutive year as a gold sponsor comes through occupying one of the prime locations within the exhibition. This year, Saraya will display a 460 square meter master plan of Saraya Aqaba project, a project surrounded by a man-made lagoon located in the heart of Aqaba city, Jordan. In addition, it will display the Saraya Islands project, located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Sales for Saraya Aqaba's residential units including Grand Villas, Villas, and apartments will take place as well throughout the exhibition. Moreover, the opportunity to reserve a residential unit deposit for Saraya Islands project will be permitted for the first time.

Cityscape has increased its exhibition space by 130% in comparison to last year's event through which 97% of the exhibitors have succeeded in achieving their goals since the visitors attending represented 98% of the target audience needed. At the same time 99% of the exhibitors showed interest in participating in Cityscape 2007.
