The event was organised by Emirates Sunland Group (ESG) to give select agents a sneak preview of three projects, including the prestigious Palazzo Versace Hotel and Condominiums to be built on Dubai's Creek, D1, an 80 storey residential/resort apartment tower, and a master planned community in Umm Al Quwain, to be known as White Bay.
White Bay will be officially released at the end of November, with Palazzo Versace and D1 to be previewed by appointment only at Cityscape. Palazzo Versace Condominiums will be released on an invitation only basis and the Group has already been inundated with registrations of interest from potential purchasers.
The VIP agents event, which was held at the Fairmont Hotel, to promote strong relationships between ESG and the region's best real estate companies. Agents were invited to meet staff from ESG's specialist design, construction and sales teams, as well as talk with Mr Soheil Abedian, the Managing Director of Emirates Sunland Group about each of the projects.
Mr Soheil Abedian says of the event, 'Sunland Group is celebrating its 23 year anniversary and international expansion, beginning with the establishment of Emirates Sunland Group and the opening of our offices in Dubai six months ago. We completed the world's first Palazzo Versace Hotel on Australia's Gold Coast in September 2000 and we are just about to commence construction on Palazzo Versace Dubai.'
He adds, 'It is a very exciting time for our Group, and we believe holding an exclusive event for Dubai's finest real estate agents gives us a great opportunity to promote our products in Dubai. It is important that we provide the local agents with a better understanding of who we are as a design and development company and the quality of our products - many of which have received prestigious awards. Of equal importance, is the need for our team to get a better understanding of the agents, so that we can collaborate together to build strong, loyal and successful relationships moving into the future.'
