EMC shares data management expertise at Future of Information Roadshow

EMC, the world leader in information management and storage, will share its vision of the future of information management with IT decision makers around the region during November, with the EMC Future of Information Roadshow.

The show, which begins simultaneously in Egypt and Saudi Arabia on Sunday, will provide attendees with insight into how EMC solutions and expertise can help organizations get the most value from their data, as well as cover other important topics in data management today.

The series of one-day seminars will include sessions on content management, intelligent data protection, safeguarding information and networks, storage virtualization and security access management for data centers. The roadshow will also include an introduction to several upgrades and new additions to EMC's core products, including Clariion and Networked Storage Systems, Celerra IP Storage Systems, disk libraries and Navisphere and Infoscape software which have recently been announced by EMC as part of a major roll out of storage infrastructure solutions.

Factors such as government regulations and compliance, and the growth of e-business means that organizations are producing more electronic data than ever, and that they need that data stored in a way that it is secure, is stable, and is also available to them immediately when they need it."

Cisco, with which EMC has a strategic relationship, will be participating in the roadshows. The shows will be in both Cairo and Riyadh on November 12, Kuwait City on November. 14, and then conclude on November. 16 in Dubai. Registration for the event is free.
