UAE salaries need flexibility

Companies based in the UAE are in danger of losing talented managerial staff if they do not introduce a more flexible approach to their wage structures, according to a leading expert cited in Emirates Today. Mark Eaton, the MD of the Hay Group in the Middle East, said that local firms aren't comfortable with pay differentiation and so are vulnerable to losing key staff to overseas firms offering attractive packages.
