As befits a hotel focused on contemporary, minimalist design and intimate, personalised service, the celebrations will go beyond the expected.

Jan Mönkedieck, General Manager Hilton Dubai Creek, explains, "We know that our guests really appreciate stylish surroundings and modern fine dining so when we looked at how best to celebrate our birthday we focused on these areas and decided to give back the most amazing experiences we could."

'Experience the world in style with the Hilton Dubai Creek' is the result. Two lucky winners will fly around the world stopping at some of the trendiest cities - London, New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong - to revel in style and sophistication.

The prize captures the essence of the Hilton Dubai Creek and to make sure the trip gets off to the best possible start the winners will spend a night in one of the hotel's penthouse suites before being whisked off to the airport by limousine. Hilton 5-star luxury hotels at every stop will ensure every aspect of the trip lives up to the standard of the opening night. To enter, simply visit www.hiltondubaicreek.com.

The experiences and celebrations don't stop there. Gordon Ramsay is the acclaimed 3-star Michelin chef behind the contemporary fine dining in 'Verre' and the casual, trendy, modern brasserie, 'Glasshouse' at the Hilton Dubai Creek. Throughout September and October anybody dining at the Creek can enter into a competition to win a trip to London with a meal at one of Gordon's signature restaurants.

Gordon's London restaurants are widely regarded as among the best in the world. His arrival on the Dubai scene last year introduced modern fine dining to the Middle East and set the benchmark for restaurateurs in the region.

Jan comments, "We knew we were setting very high standards with Verre and Glasshouse and the customer feedback has confirmed that. When it came to celebrating our anniversary and rewarding our diners with something extra special we knew it would be tough. A three night trip to London staying at our stylish Hilton Trafalgar Hotel, flying British Airways World Traveller Plus and eating at one of Gordon's signature restaurants should do it though."

As part of the anniversary celebrations Gordon will be visiting Dubai between October 9-11. During his stay Gordon will be overseeing dinner at Verre, conducting a lunch time master class and hosting a Gala dinner.
