Initially announced at the end of September, the Al Basateen Project, located near Sharjah University City, will offer villas ranging in size from 6,000 sqft to 15,700 sqft, as well as a large mall, entertainment centers and schools. This complete residential and commercial project has generated a great deal of interest, reflecting the strong investor confidence and robust demand for commercial and residential property within the UAE.
A number of key investors and Sharjah officials say that the development of Al Basateen will move ahead in harmony with the UAE's fast paced and booming property sector and prominently feature in the Emirate's overall progress and advancement, impacting positively on its real estate and construction sector.
