Dr Carlos Costa ,Director of the Portuguese Trade Centre, based in Dubai said:

Portugal also produces world class electrical transformers, advanced biometric payment systems, and the most sophisticated ATM systems in the world which you cannot even find in other developed countries. Portugal has the technology to produce electricity using sea waves. Using state of the art technology they have developed an easy and friendly system to cross toll gates in motorways and all this is happening in Portugal, using Portuguese technicians, scientists and human resources.
