Tasi jumps 8%

The Tadawul All Share Index ended its recent downturn in forthright fashion today, jumping more than 8% to close at 8,662.4 points, a rise of 643.4 points. Turnover was also healthier today with $3.9bn worth of shares changing hands. The Saudi Basic Industries Corporation was the most traded share and it gained a shade under 10%.
