LG Electronics launch the lightest notebooks

The A1 /C1 EXPRESS DUAL series, weighing in at just *1kg (approx.) and offering a 10.6" widescreen, come equipped with *5:30 hours of battery life. (The A1 EXPRESS DUAL weighs 1kg; the C1 EXPRESS DUAL weighs 1.31kg.)

The products are fitted with an Intel Core Duo Processor to deliver breakthrough mobile performance with multi-tasking capabilities. Enhanced with a discrete NVIDIA G force Go 7300 graphic card, the A1 and C1 enable users to work with dramatically enhanced efficiency.

C K Cho, LG Electronics KSA General Manager said:

"The C1 and A1 EXPRESS DUAL are the world's first notebooks in the 1kg PC range to be equipped with a discrete graphic card. These products boast better productivity and mobility compared with competitors in the same grade."

Furthermore, the A1 and C1 feature a noteworthy design feature - a strongly contrasting two-tone motif of highly glossy piano black and glossy white.

As a powerful tablet PC, the C1 EXPRESS DUAL offers users easier and quicker computing with its touch screen-enabled LCD screen, a powerful interface with CF card, a 5-in-1 card slot, and SPDIF, etc.
