Sofrecom's Middle East ambitions

This year's GITEX will give Sofrecom an opportunity to present the very latest version of its Gaia billing and customer care software suite designed for telecom operators. Gaia BCC V6 integrates all the essential business processes from front office to customer and offer management to billing and collection.

Sofrecom will also be presenting its Mobility (network optimisation assistance) and Revenue Assurance offers, and its know-how and expertise in network consultancy, engineering and deployment (fixed, GSM and 3G, WiMAX, etc.), strategic intelligence and information systems.

The Middle East telecommunications market is undergoing far-reaching restructuring following the privatisation of legacy operators and the allocation of new wireline and wireless licences. There is strong and increasing demand for modern residential and business services. In this context of intense competition, Sofrecom supports telcos' development projects by proposing innovative value-added solutions based on the know-how and experience of France Telecom and Orange.
