The awards feature twelve different categories and The Emirates Academy was delighted to be honoured with the award for 'Best Career Development Programme', which carefully looks at the originality of the institution's programmes towards younger employees to build company loyalty and to make them progress within the company.
Ron Hilvert, Managing Director of The Emirates Academy, who was in Paris to receive the award, said: "We are extremely proud to be recognised as a leader in our field in providing world class development programmes to the tourism and hospitality industry.
