OKI Printing Solutions launches B4500 and B2500 Series MFPs

OKI Printing Solutions has announced its versatile and affordable range of mono multifunction products (MFPs) - the B2500 Series MFP, aiming at individual users and small businesses, and the B4500 Series MFP designed for SMBs.
"In today's fast moving world, businesses can't afford waiting, they require their core communication's functions: printing, copying and faxing to be professional, robust and easy to use," said John Ross, general manager, Middle East.
"The innovative B2500 Series and B4500 Series MFPS offer the professional solution for small and medium workgroups who want high performance results in a package that fits into their space and budget."
The newly released printers offer a complete solution for individuals and SMBs that want to achieve the same professional results as large businesses. They deliver cost-effective mono printing, copying, colour scanning and faxing from one device. The compact and stylish design of the printers not only helps users work easier, faster and smarter but also allows them to economise on valuable work space instead of cluttering areas with bulky office equipments.
Additionally, Template Manager 2006 empowers users to produce a wide variety of professional business documents, envelopes, address labels, CD and DVD packaging with the click of a mouse. And, if at any point users of the B2500 Series MFPs or B4500 Series MFPs feel they need clarification on how best to use their device, they need only access 'Ask OKI' which provides online hints and tips, and product specific information to help users get the most out of their product.
For enhanced information sharing capabilities, users also have the flexibility to scan to, or print from a USB flash memory device connected via an additional front USB port. Users can also take advantage of the new optional wireless printing functionality.
Industry leading, award winning, digital document management software, PaperPort 9.0, allows users to better manage archived information, and enhance productivity. Any PC file, document or image can be scanned to PDF, and effortlessly made available for sharing through the PaperPort 9.0 user friendly thumbnail-based interface.
While B2500 Series MFPs offer the optimum balance of performance, productivity and price, it doesn't compromise quality or speed. It is simultaneously reliable and flexible delivering A4 mono print and copy speeds at an impressive 16ppm without interruption. B4500 Series MFPs provides a speed of 20 papers per minute, and a 2.5 second fax transmission rate.
