Taking up a sizeable 240 square metre stand, TDIC is using the show as a public relations platform for a major new hospitality development on TDIC's flagship Saadiyat Island project.

"At Cityscape we will position TDIC among the region's best-of-breed developers," said Mubarak Al Muhairi, Managing Director, TDIC.

"Cityscape marks TDIC's first foray into the international real estate exhibitions arena but we intend to ensure the company becomes a recognisable force at industry forums around the world."

TDIC's pavilion reflects the company's commitment to environmental stewardship with the use of wood, palm trees, sand, stone and water throughout. Five project models will be on display.

Meanwhile, TDIC's CEO, Lee Tabler, is taking part in an industry round-table at the Cityscape conference. The round table debate aims to resolve whether the Gulf is truly ready for scrutiny from international investors and the region's emerging real estate trends.
