Brother Gulf will introduce an array of advanced, feature-rich products that combine speed with print quality and print durability and are designed to help organizations reduce print costs. Also on show will be the new colour inkjet technology, network management software, wireless network-ready color inkjet multifunction centre, high-speed 28-pages-per-minute multi-function centers such as MFC 8860DN, MFC 8460N, DCP 8065DN and DCP 8060, and the new QL 550 high-speed label printer.
"Brother has been a Gitex regular since 1993 and the exhibition has traditionally served us well, both in terms of new business relations and enhanced brand awareness, and this year too we aim to make a major impact with our portfolio of advanced products and technologies,"
said Yoshihisa Tsuji, Managing Director, Brother Gulf. "At this year's show, Brother will be laying special focus on our new range of proprietary technologies that are designed to help organizations increase productivity and reduce costs. We see this exhibition as an important platform that could offer us significant new opportunities, and we are looking forward to leveraging the event's vast networking potential to increase our regional footprint."
Brother's Innobella Ink is a result of extensive R&D testing on different elements. Combining the right quantity and variation, these elements ensure reliable operation and protection of Brother machines and print heads. The ink penetrates and dries on the paper quickly to match the high print speeds of Brother MFCs.
The new Innobella paper has a smoother face compared to normal paper, since a special chemical formula coating has been applied on the paper surface. This ensures a reduction in ink bleeding, resulting in high quality print that has more vivid colours, sharper images and better definition.
"As an organization that has built a global reputation for innovation, Brother has been taking the lead in introducing new products and solutions that help customers enhance business efficiency, and the launch of our latest range of printing technologies confirms this. For Brother, an uncompromising focus on Research & Development has remained the cornerstone of our continued success and growth. This corporate approach that values and promotes product innovation and technological excellence will continue to guide us in the years to come," Tsuji said.
At Gitex 2006, Brother Gulf will demonstrate its competitive advantage of print speed, print quality, cost of purchase, total cost of ownership and balanced deployment. The company is organizing a "Distributor's Award Night" alongside the exhibition to recognize its regional distributors. Brother Gulf will also have a significant presence at Gitex Shopper 2006 through its partner in the UAE, Jumbo Electronics.
