Shahab Lutfi, Business Development Manager at the Business Bay, Dubai Properties said:

With 5,400 workers employed on site, the super structure of The Executive Towers is proceeding on schedule. Progress is also being made on the main infrastructure of the Business Bay development with expected completion of Phase I by 2008.
The main contractor for The Executive Towers is Al Habtoor Engineering, while the Business Bay infrastructure is being handled by Halcrow Engineering.
Business Bay is a master development by Dubai Properties located between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Business Bay offers waterfront high-rise towers, both commercial and residential, along the extension of the Creek. A 'city within a city', it is being developed along the lines of Manhattan of New York or the Ginza of Tokyo, to provide the best possible commercial environment to world-class companies, investors and businesses.
