  • PRESS RELEASE

Zebra Technologies, the global supplier of on-demand printing solutions, has extended its PartnersFirst suite of channel programmes, with the launch of the new Technology Partner Programme in support of its double-digit growth goals.

The scheme is aimed at companies whose products and services are complementary to Zebra's. Technology Partners do not typically resell Zebra printers, but deliver value through application software and professional services, and recommend the purchase of the Zebra brand when developing their overall solutions. They include Independent Software Vendors, System Integrators and Alliance Partners.

The programme offers a range of technical, sales and marketing benefits to participants, including technical assistance, access to custom application support and access to latest software and firmware tools to allow efficient and effective integration of Zebra products with specific software solutions.

Also, programme members will benefit from 'PartnersFirst matchmaking', where Technology Partners can pair up with and be referred to the extensive Zebra hardware reseller network, in targeted geographies and vertical markets, in order to provide an integrated solution to the end user customer. Enrolled Technology Partners' market and product expertise will be promoted by Zebra to the marketplace and partner community.

"The Technology Partner Programme will create loyalty among partners who influence or recommend Zebra products as part of an overall solution," said Paul Garner-Evans, regional sales manager Middle East, Africa and India for Zebra Technologies. "Companies are increasingly looking for integrated solutions from independent providers, particularly those businesses serving fast growth markets, such as the postal market and the retail sector. Joining the scheme means that partners can get the best out of their relationship with Zebra and see a faster, greater return on investment. PartnersFirst now caters for an even broader spectrum of partners and the new programme represents true value-add from a mutual relationship."
