GSE celebrates 10th Anniversary

Established in 1996, GSE has achieved a decade of excellence in the IT distribution business in the Middle East. GSE has been dedicated to provide quality and valued IT products to its partners and end-users.

The company started as an IT components company run through a small office having 5 employees at the beginning. Then the company signed up as an authorized distributor with one of the largest manufacturer of motherboards 'Gigabyte Technology'. As the volume of the business grew, the company was relocated to Al Ain Center (Computer Plaza) in Bur Dubai. In 2000, Golden Systems became the sole distributor of Gigabyte products in UAE and GCC. It then added several other leading manufacturers of other computer components like VGA, Memory modules, peripherals, etc.

GSE's marketing provided the strong infrastructure for the sales in the target regions. The quality service and support of our RMA Teams provided quick solutions and complete customer satisfaction. These helped GSE in gaining high amount of respect and reputation in the market both for our vendors and partners. As marketing helped in building a strong platform for sales and customer support, our logistics made an outstanding impression on our partners due to prompt deliveries. These support in Marketing, Service Center and Logistics together have been qualities that GSE has been known for till today.

As the business and the clientele expanded, more qualified professional people in various areas of operation, like marketing, product, sales and finance were employed that necessitated a further relocation of the Head office to a more prestigious Business Centre building in Khalid Bin Waleed Street with employee numbers grown to 80. Ever since, GSE has been able to expand its business on Gigabyte products and has also been able to obtain distributorship rights for additional reputable brands such as Axper, Axtrom, ATI, Cab, Compro, I-teq, Kaspersky, Kingmax, Labtec, Leadtek, Logitech, Nvidia, Twinhan, VIA and Zebex.

With the long years of experience of the products and markets, coupled with the able and qualified team of employees, Golden Systems has made milestone of achievement by completing its 10 years of excellence. It is the vision of the company to become the largest IT Distribution & Logistic Company in the region. GSE has always been honest and loyal to its partners and vendors which has helped in gaining such a reputable position in the market.

GSE has gained the respect of the market from both vendors and partners. This is due to the stable platform that it has provided all these years for growth. The company never had any adverse affects due to the non-healthy businesses in the market like the runaway distributor's situation that happened early this year. Seeing the reputation GSE has gained, we are sure that using this stable strategy, we will continue to bring good turnover and margin for our partners.

Beyond the 10 glorious years of service and excellence, GSE plans to grow even further to provide better service to its partners and vendors. Focus would be enhanced on Retail products especially Notebooks owing to the growing demands of the market. Additionally, GSE will move to a better location in Jebel Ali Free Zone. The new GSE location will be a 6,000sqm building housing Head Office, Service Center, Production Line and Warehouse. This will make the logistics, sales, marketing, RMA services even more efficient and faster.
