Etisalat to provide cheap rate international calls for all business customers
- United Arab Emirates: Thursday, November 16 - 2006 at 16:58
- PRESS RELEASE
Etisalat today announced revisions to its international call rates for business customers as part of its ongoing programme to enhance services, add value and lower prices.
"In light of the current market environment we have reviewed our services and rates to ensure that the true cost of the service is more accurately reflected in the charges," said Ahmad Abdul Karim Julfar, Etisalat COO.
"We work hard to understand the needs of our business customers, enabling them to compete in a fast-changing economy and increasingly on an international stage. We strive to tailor services that fit the requirements of our business customers, and that anticipate their future needs."
The changes see a reduction in the charges for international calls made from business fixed line (DEL). These charges will now be equal to the current International off-peak rates at all times, regardless of time of the day or day of the week. Etisalat will also revise its monthly line rental fees for business Direct Exchange Lines (DEL) to AED 50.
These pricing revisions have been approved by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA).
