CA appoints regional executives Lacroix and Jaroudi to Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) roles

The announcement came during the GITEX 2006 exhibition, which marks the company's third successive participation since the start of its direct operations in the Arab countries in September 2004.

Lacroix has been appointed to the position of Vice President, EMEA Channels, from his current role as Vice President and Area Manager for EMEA's Eastern Markets, where his experience in implementing an innovative, 100% indirect business model provides a solid foundation for his new, wider responsibilities. He has almost thirty years global expertise in growing business in collaboration with partners for leading IT multinational companies and particularly for Intel during the ten years prior joining CA.

Jaroudi will assume the new role of Vice President, EMEA Channel Marketing, from his current responsibilities as Vice President, Area Field Marketing for EMEA's Eastern Markets, where he successfully drove the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies to help grow CA's business through channel partners. His leadership spans over 15 years of international channel and business development, including seven years at Intel covering emerging markets in EMEA.
