Hyundai gets direct Sharjah presence

Hyundai has welcomed the opening of its first showroom in Sharjah under the sole dealership of Juma Al Majid, in line with its commitment to upgrade the service to UAE customers through a professional network of showrooms and service centres.
The new showroom is located on Al Wahda Street, considered the centre of car agencies in Sharjah. The showroom provides 900 m2 to display all models, both passenger and commercial, backed by 15 sales and service staff.
It will cater for both retail and fleet customers, with a team of dedicated fleet sales staff to meet the needs of corporate-industrial customers.
"Our mission is to provide our Sharjah customers with an ownership experience that constantly satisfies each individual's needs and exceeds their expectations in a comfortable, supportive environment, said Essam Abu Nabah, President of Juma Al Majid EST. - Hyundai.
"The vision of Hyundai Motor Company is to be among the top five automakers in the world by the year 2010,"said Omar Baddar, Marketing Manager of Juma Al Majid EST.- Hyundai. "This means better quality product, better customer service, and innovative marketing techniques. We recognise the needs of the future and are preparing ourselves to achieve Hyundai's global vision".
Expansion of new showrooms at prime locations is a part of Juma Al Majid's strategy to provide convenience and quality service to its customers, he added, but Hyundai has a very active international programme as well.
"Hyundai is actively involved in environmental and social causes, by introducing hybrid cell vehicles in some markets and is working to launch such products soon in our region," Mr Baddar said.
"Sports marketing is seen to be a key in penetrating the young customers segment and Hyundai is proud to be part of the world's favorite sports, football, by signing a contract with FIFA until 2014."
