The release includes enhancements in the areas of reporting, IP Centrex integration, and NAT traversal, which lead to better call center management metrics, seamless interoperability with other hosted services, and automatic configuration for today's complex network topologies.
Thanks to local partners like Intertec Systems (UAE) and Global Forte (Turkey), CosmoCom's technology is today integrated in the most innovative contact centres projects in the Middle East.
For instance, Bahrain-based Invita, a Business Process Outsource Company owned by BBK, has recently launched the first On-Demand Multi-Channel Contact Center in Middle East, along with its partners Cosmocom and Intertec Systems.
The GCC region has indeed a high growth potential through industries like tourism or finance for the local market as well as for the off-shore. In Dubaļ only there are optimistic forecasts; Saudi Arabia and Bahrain are also becoming big consumers of call center services.
