Emirates Sunland Group is a 50:50 partnership between Dubai based Emirates International Holdings and Australian based Sunland Group. Sunland Group opened the world's first Palazzo Versace Hotel on Australia's Gold Coast in 2000, and earlier this year they completed Q1, the world's tallest residential tower, also on the Gold Coast.
Emirates Sunland Group is currently developing three projects in Dubai, and the UAE. These are the second Palazzo Versace Hotel and Condominiums, to be built on Dubai's Creek, D1, an 80 storey residential/resort tower that will be a sister tower to Q1, and White Bay, a master-planned community on the shores of Umm Al Quwain.
Mr Soheil Abedian, Managing Director of Emirates Sunland Group, stated that 'Cityscape presents our Group with a great opportunity to showcase our 3 new projects as we enter the Dubai market.'
'We are also keen to showcase the credentials of Sunland Group and the quality of the award winning developments that we have created in Australia.'
White Bay will be officially released at the end of November, with Palazzo Versace and D1 to be previewed by appointment only at Cityscape. Palazzo Versace Condominiums will be released on an invitation only basis and the Group has already been inundated with registrations of interest from potential purchasers.
