The announcement came as the company unveiled a new corporate look, the first change in identity since the Group was founded in 1991. With the region witnessing incredible growth in most sectors and the booming rate of construction; Abbasi highlighted "Dubai's strategic location on the cusp of East and West had allowed the companies business to flourish, and for them to establish a strong reputation both at home and abroad".

Ismail Akil Abbasi, said: "As a family business with strong ties to the UAE, our new business outlook reflects that of the country; forward looking yet entrenched with solid values. Over the past year, as a group, the growth of our property business has meant that diversification has become a necessity."

Bonyan Holding has carved a niche for itself; creating architectural icons and being renowned for their expertise and in-depth knowledge of the region. This has enabled the company to concentrate on projects that deliver long term benefits and high returns with stable, low risk. Having built intimate strong relationships within the regional and international property sectors has enabled Bonyan to strategically capitalise on investment and development opportunities.

With the launch of Bonyan Holding and the consolidation of the three businesses under its umbrella, Abbasi Group has created a competitive advantage in offering end-to-end tailored services to their clients, which includes property development, project designing and management, sales, marketing, investment consultancy, market analysis and facilities management.

Bonyan Emirates Properties will continue to develop a wide spectrum of properties to cater for each aspect of the market, creating practical stylish homes for contemporary lifestyles. While Ejaad Project Management will provide the perfect solution to total project management, where each and every variable is considered and monitored from timelines to budgets, ensuring that real cost efficiency is achieved.

Bonyan Holding also features Mustadam Facilities Management to ensure that developments are impeccably maintained and managed through streamlined systems.

These three companies operate under strong and experienced leadership within their specified diverse fields.

Abbasi continued: "Our goal has been to develop a wide range of exceptional properties that grasps each area of the market. The launch of Bonyan Holding, along with our investment into an incredibly diverse combination of talent has enabled us to accomplish this goal."

Bonyan's inherent expertise covers the entire property spectrum: residential, commercial, retail and industrial. Acclaimed for creating architectural icons, Bonyan have a number of current developments in Dubai including expatriate freehold zones, waterfront developments and sophisticated innovations in the heart of Business Bay: Media City; Silicon Oasis, Culture Village and Dubai Marina.

"With this evolution, the synergy of these companies demonstrated the need to have a unified identity for the Group, which is why we appointed Greg Sedwick Creative Services to create our new identity," highlighted Abbasi

The new Abbasi Group corporate identity relies heavily on the arrow in the word Abbasi, which now features in all the identities. "Allowing the strength and reputation of the Abbasi name to filter down through these businesses," concluded Abbasi.

In a region where the UAE accounts for an estimated 60 percent of the US$ 294 billion construction spend covering the GCC, Iran and Iraq, Abbasi Group of Companies own property development business has grown by 55 percent in the last 12 months.

In closing Mr. Abbasi said: "We have carved a niche for ourselves, and our reputation has gone beyond these shores. We will be announcing projects outside of the UAE's borders, in the months to come, bringing our know-how to other countries; another example of Dubai reaching out to the world."
