Khaleej Finance and Investments wins the International GoldStar Award for Quality

Broadbanding its regional and international presence, Khaleej Finance and Investments (KFI) has recently won the International Gold Star Award for Quality in the realm of customer satisfaction, leadership, innovation, and prestige from the Business Initiative Directions (BID).
"Our Bank accepts quality as a factor of development to become more competitive," added Mr. Hadi highlighting KFI's commitment to publicizing quality culture among employees, partners, stakeholders, shareholders and the community.
KFI's management is dedicated to encouraging participation and teamwork for decision making to achieve the best business results and produce high quality services. Such involvement guides employees to be aware of the importance of focusing on the activities that contribute to achieving the best strategic and financial results.
Mr. Hadi said that satisfying the needs of KFI's stakeholders and investors and meeting their expectations can be realized only by managing the bank's human resources to achieve the maximum potential by providing both technical and theoretical support. He noted that the achievement of certain principles by KFI fostered improvement for investors, employees, partners, shareholders.
The International Star Award for Quality was presented by Mr. Jose E. Prieto, President & CEO of BID to Mr. Hasan Habib Hasan, KFI's Director - Treasury and Financial Institutions, during a high profile ceremony at the Intercontinental Hotel in Geneva, Switzerland.
The 31st International Gold Star Award for Quality for Excellence and Business Prestige is part of the annual program of BID Awards, designed to recognize outstanding financial institutions, companies and organizations.
The Ceremony was attended by companies from 78 countries, together with leaders from different business fields, professionals from the worlds of economics, corporate image, quality experts, as well as academic personalities and representatives from the diplomatic corps.
BID is an international organization founded in 1986 with the aim to build better business reputations based on quality culture in institutions around the world. It has achieved international recognition for its information and consulting in the areas of quality culture and business communication. The organization is renowned for its expertise in the analysis of corporate image, quality programs and its worldwide endorsement program.
