Ole Jordan BMW to launch BSI for free maintenance

This is part of the group's renovation campaign that aims at developing services and moving them to a higher level, as well as bringing diversity to clients to ensure their satisfaction.

The BSI service provides free of charge car-maintenance checks with the purchase of new BMW automobile. The five-year contract with BMW clients offers various services that include: periodic car-check, engine oil change and replacement, fluid exchange for the brake system, brake system check, air filters check, oil filters check. The services are also as diverse as replacing brakes, clutch and wiper blades.

Mr Emad Al Zain After Sales Manager at Ole Jordan, said that, 'Ole Jordan is pleased to offer BMW drivers a wide range of services to ensure premium customer satisfaction.' Adding that the group is ardently working on reconstructing the customer care department to come up with more interesting and beneficiary offers. He also stated that such services enhance the customers' aspiration to own BMW, the car that is cherished for its ultimate performance and luxurious look.

The BSI campaign is not bound to the first buyer of a BMW car. However, it enables the new owner to benefit from the world-wide free service. In this regard Mr.Al Zain spoke about the BSI benefits saying that BMW owners can get car-maintenance from any where in the world through the global BMW network and this is an asset to the car.

The BSI campaign coincides with the winter car-check campaign sponsored by Ole Jordan. The winter campaign offers 20% discount on BMW parts as well as a free brake-check and wiper blades replacement.
