- United Arab Emirates: Monday, November 27 - 2006 at 14:08
- PRESS RELEASE
Cleopatra Beauty Institute, Middle East's first internationally endorsed beauty and holistic training institute, left a lasting impression in the young and eager minds of aspiring Year 10 students of Jumeirah College at a Careers Evening event held on the college's grounds recently.
Main guest speaker for the evening and Cleopatra Beauty Institute Principal, Diane Khoshkhoo, delivered an inspiring speech about the essentials of beginning a career with the institute and other significant aspects unaware to many students.
"I was very proud to see Year 10 students at such a young stage showing keen interest in this career," said Khoshkhoo. "It was a very successful night and I felt my mission accomplished after the students showed a positive attitude and gave me plenty of positive feedback on pursuing a career with the institute."
In her speech, Khoshkhoo regaled the students with interesting and challenging experiences they might face in a career of beauty and holistic treatments. She also described the institute, the qualifications required, the hurdles they would face, the quality and skills required and the most interesting and exciting aspect of the whole process.
Many of the students were surprised to know of such a career option and the commitment required to pursue it. Khoshkhoo then explained the various nuances of identifying the right career path that would suit them at Cleopatra Beauty Institute.
In addition to Khoshkhoo, other professionals were also invited from the local community to talk about their respective careers. This gave a variety of options to the students on alternative professions and how people came about acquiring their respective positions.
The Institute has been involved in several events recently in readiness for new course enrolments in January 2007. One was for introducing itself internationally and introducing the courses it offers. The second event that took place was a graduation dinner, congratulating their students for their great success and preparing them for the real world.
