Worldwide Property Show comes to successful close with several high net worth deals closed

The three day event witnessed an unsurpassed attendance of over 3,300 investors and hosted real estate offerings from over 35 international exhibitors spanning 15 countries.

'The Worldwide Property Show Dubai 2006 was extremely well received by investors, real estate agents and prospective home buyers looking to acquire international property for investment, residential or retirement purposes. Our international exhibitors saw sustained visitor interest that resulted in the closure of several deals, and we are looking to carry forward our momentum to the next edition of the show' said Shuckri Bundakji, Managing Director of show organizers DSL Exhibitions.

The Worldwide Property Show was held in conjunction with the India Real Estate Expo 2006 that explored real estate offerings from Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai and Hyderabad. The Expo saw participation from key players including Edifice Builders, SVP Builders, Vian Infrastructure and the Uppal Chadha Group.

'The Worldwide Property Show was a big gathering where we got to meet best names of our fraternity. The show was a great place to interact with like-minded people and establish long lasting business associations,' said Mr. Sunil Jindal, SVP Builders.

At the same time, DSL Exhibitions also tied up with Ideal Management Essentials (IME) to host the first ever Property Finance Seminar and Exhibition as part of the Worldwide Property Show. The Finance exhibition combined face to face meetings and seminars to allow investors a snapshot of easy mortgaging offerings available through influential service providers such as TAMWEEL, RAK Bank, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and AMLAK Finance PJSC.

'The Property Finance Seminar & Exhibition was an initiative welcomed by the property investors, real-estate agents and financial institutes alike. It offered a forum where investors were given a wide range of services and financial providers under one roof to facilitate the otherwise difficult process of obtaining all relevant information from various sources,'

The next Worldwide Property Show will be held for the first time in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in March 2007.
