Capital Bank of Jordan signs MOU with The Land Investment & Real-Estate Development Company

Capital Bank and The Land Investment & Real-Estate Development Company announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding.

The MOU was signed by Mr. Haytham Kamhiyah, General Manger of Capital Bank, and Mr. Yousef Arafat, Chief Executive Officer of The Land, in the presence of Mr. George Sofia, Assistant General Manager for Retail Banking, Marketing and Projects at Capital Bank. Under this MOU Capital Bank will finance The Land's residential units in its project in Madinat Al-Sharq in Zarqa for future home owners.

Madinat Al-Sharq project is one of the Land's urban development projects that will deliver residential apartments and villas in Al-Zarqa governorate. Capital Bank will offer the Land's clients the chance to finance units they wish to purchase in the Land's residential project in Madinat Al Sharq, Zarqa Governorate, Jordan.

On this occasion, Mr. Kamhiyah reiterated the Bank's commitment to supporting the emerging financing needs for residential units. He stated, "We are extremely proud of this agreement as it serves the demand on the real-estate market. This comes inline with our strategies of providing different and innovative alternatives to meet the financial needs of the future home owner." Mr. Arafat also stated that The Land has commenced its work on a number of real-estate and development projects in Jordan and other countries, to reaffirm the importance of developing projects that cater to the different needs of individuals and societies on a regional level.
