Dulsco and Mars Trading sign JV deal

Dulsco llc, a leading UAE-based company offering human resource, waste management and marine services, has established a joint venture company, with Mars Trading and Contracting Company - part of Qatar's Mohammed Hamad Al Mana Group.
With more than 70 years of experience in UAE, Dulsco llc will enter the Qatar market by establishing the joint venture company with Mars Trading and Contracting, which provides industrial supplies and services to the oil and gas, cement, fertilizer, electricity and water industries.
"The objective of Dulsco Qatar is to promote business in Qatar in the fields that Dulsco llc has wide experience and proven expertise in, as highlighted by our service range and client portfolio in the UAE," said Abdul Aziz Mohammed Khan, Chairman, Dulsco llc.
The joint venture deal will allow Mars Trading & Contracting to expand its business operations into Qatar's high-growth service sector.
"The tie up with Dulsco will see Mars Trading diversify into the service sector, which is a new line of business for our group. Along with contributing to infrastructure development in Qatar, Al Mana and Dulsco can also now explore new areas of cooperation and mutual interest through this joint venture operation," said Mohamed Hamad Al-Mana, President, Mohammed Hamad Al -Mana Group.
Stevedoring was the first service that Dulsco undertook seventy years ago; however, today Dulsco llc has expanded its operations and now provides companies with general, semi-skilled and skilled workers, as well as being recognised as one of the UAE's leading waste management providers.
As part of the joint venture, Mars Trading and Contracting will construct residential facilities for Dulsco Qatar WLL workers and establish an office for the new JV company in their proposed new building, which in currently under construction.

Today, Dulsco human resources (HR) outsourcing services can supply manpower which include general workers, semi-skilled and skilled workers, drivers for different heavy and light duty vehicles, warehouse operators, merchandisers and the entire gamut of appropriate personnel needed in an office including management, administration, reception, back office, data entry operators, database professionals, call centre agents cashiers, etc.
