Local Coffee Shop launches franchise plan to take on the world

- PRESS RELEASE
UAE entrepreneur Najib Taleb Nasser today announced plans to franchise a chain of stylish Coffee Shops to rival the international names.
The first outlet was opened in Wafi City just six months ago, and has already become a firm favourite with those who really know their coffee. Stylishly designed by Peacock International, the branch features bold colours and strong shapes to create a thoroughly contemporary environment. Comfort was a high priority in the final design, and customers can enjoy a particularly relaxing ambience.
A unique feature of Grano is the provision of wireless internet facilities with lap-top computers available for those who wish to surf while they relax.
"Now we have proved the concept," says Najib "we are ready to move into the next phase of expansion by franchising the Grano brand. We have already received enquiries from Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, and are in negotiation with a number of potential owners for branches in popular locations in Dubai and other emirates." Grano Coffee expects to open between 8 and 10 branches in the coming months, and is actively pursuing plans for international operation.
"Franchisees can expect a total package," says Najib. "In addition to the very best coffee, we provide a total package comprising help with identifying a suitable location, feasibility studies, business plan, staff training, operations manual, marketing and so on. We work very hard to ensure the Grano name is synonymous with quality, and have all the infrastructure in place to ensure it is delivered across the board."
This commitment has already seen business double and double again in the original outlet, and this rapid growth is expected to continue as new branches open. Such is the success of the concept that Grano Coffee will shortly commence their own coffee roasting operation in Dubai, sourcing the finest Arabica beans (principally from high mountain plantations) and producing a unique blend.
