$109m rotating tower at Dubailand

A 30-storey fully rotating tower powered by the sun is being built in Dubai, local media reported. $109m Time Residences, which will go up in the City of Arabia at Dubailand, will include one and two bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses. Dubai Property Ring, the Dubai arm of the UK Property Group, is the developer. Sales are expected to start in March 2007. Construction is due to start in June 2007, with projected completion in Q1 2009.
