Omniyat Properties to unveil world-first project at Cityscape 2006

At Cityscape, Omniyat Properties will demonstrate the technology that is integrated into its futuristic projects. Numerous interactive devices will allow visitors to enter a virtual reality world and experience the projects first-hand.

The four commercial and one residential projects that Omniyat Properties has launched during its first year of operation, worth AED 2.7 billion (US $739 million), will feature at the exhibition.

A beach-deck and 'Napshells' will demonstrate the 'relaxation zone,' which is a major element of the company's forward-thinking lifestyle design, and the exclusive Robo-bar, a feature in the developments, will mix and serve drinks for visitors.

The history of the company will be represented in a section of the stand that will demonstrate the rapid growth and success of Omniyat Properties since its inception in 2005.

Omniyat Properties' most futuristic structural master-piece will have a dedicated area on the company's Cityscape stand. As with all of the Omniyat Properties' developments an intricate 'cyberstructure' has been incorporated that will accommodate the latest technologies as well as acting as the perfect platform for easily integrating future advances in technology.

Omniyat Holdings was recently launched with an authorized capital of AED 918 million as the sister company to Al Masa Holdings. The company will manage Omniyat Properties and future companies, investments and business ventures, and will identify viable opportunities in the region, with an emphasis on the property sector.
