MBC3 celebrates second year of broadcasting for Arab kids

MBC3 will celebrate its second anniversary this month, December 2006, marking two years of dedicated TV broadcasting for its young viewers in the Middle East region.
"We have been able to connect with our audiences all over the region, as the channel is offering informative and educational content that is appealing to children and gives their parents piece of mind."
Along with a host of special anniversary festivities, MBC3 will continue its public recruiting campaign in different Arab countries, offering viewers the opportunity to become an MBC3 presenter. The names of the station's newest family members will be announced at the end of the campaign.
MBC3's celebrations will begin with a live broadcast of a special anniversary. The show will include trivia competitions and live contests with lots of prizes up for grabs. In addition to special programs and interviews, MBC3 will premiere the world-renowned blockbuster Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, a treat that MBC3 is delighted to share with its viewers.
MBC3 has great plans for it third year. The channel is committed to developing and expanding its programming through recruiting new staff and increasing their on-ground activities to engage youngsters all over the Arab world.
