- PRESS RELEASE
Al Jallaf Trading; the sole agent in Abu Dhabi for DaimlerChrysler's Jeep brand, today announced that it will continue its Jeep retail operations through Western Motors; its affiliated company.
Western Motors employs a well-planned strategy to promote the Jeep brand, and has successfully carved out a lucrative market - Jeep sales in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain have grown by an impressive 35% sales over the last year and the company sees this expansion of its market share as highly encouraging, and attributes its continued success to its unflinching commitment to the innovation and commitment to flawless customer service that spreads throughout its entire corporate culture.
"The new name will facilitate our expansion and re-confirm our leadership in Abu Dhabi's automotive market," commented Peter Beynon, Managing Director of The Al Fahim Group. "Our strong market position is reflected in the significant contracts that we undertake for major governmental and semi-governmental institutions, for example, our company supplies the fleet of the Abu Dhabi Police Department, the Department of Defence and many of the major rental car companies.
"Our modern new identity will re-invigorate our market success and drive the continual enhancement of our already excellent international quality customer service. It re-brands our company as a living and a dynamic entity in Abu Dhabi and the entire region," concluded Mr. Beynon.
With a growing network of showrooms and state-of-the-art service workshops, Western Motors is a major player in the region's automotive sector. It was the first Jeep distributor in the whole of the Middle East to receive the coveted ISO 9002 certification for quality sales and service. Constantly striving to innovate and improve, the company's commitment to quality has earned it an enviable reputation for excellence, professionalism and dedicated customer service.
Western Motors' Jeep workshop and service centres, which offer a total of 60 service bays are fully equipped with the very latest technology - for even greater convenience, Jeep customers in Abu Dhabi can also drop off their cars at the downtown showroom for service. "Our team of 80 highly trained staff are very focused on their number one priority - total customer satisfaction," added Mr. Beynon.
"We're looking forward to very exciting times ahead," added Kamal Rafih, General Manager of Western Motors. "In addition to celebrating the introduction of our new name and corporate identity, we will also shortly launch the all-new Jeep Compass, and will follow this next year with the eagerly anticipated Jeep Wrangler in 2 and, for the first time, 4 door models, plus the new Jeep Patriot. These new Jeeps form part of the aggressive global expansion of the Jeep line-up, and will sit alongside the already highly regarded nameplates, Cherokee, Grand Cherokee and Commander, making it the most complete 4x4 range on offer in the market."
