Nadia Dajani extends Al Salam Collection

Following the great success in Jordan, and the region as well as in Europe during her participation in the International Jewellery Fair London 2006 that was supported by Tatweer the Business and Export Development Project for Jordanian Enterprises, Nadia Dajani, Jordan's leading jewellery designer and the founder of Al Bareeq Jewellery Trading Company, will launch a new edition of Al Salam collection under the name "Peace and Reconciliation".
Nadia Dajani's new creations feature inspirational designs, the beauty of symbolism, and focus on significant words such as dignity, truth, tolerance, hope and justice, engraved with Arabic calligraphy on silver charms, held together with pearls, semi-precious stones, silver and leather making up contemporary jewellery both in silver and 18 karat gold.
Nadia Dajani's new "Peace and Reconciliation" collection will be launched in December and will be available online as well as at the main store at the Intercontinental Hotel (Amman) throughout this season. Nadia's original pieces are part of her ongoing contribution in spreading tolerance and peace through the art of jewellery-making without boundaries, especially during occasions like Christmas and Eid Al Adha that are associated with noble human values.

Established in 2003 by Nadia Dajani, AL-Bareeq Jewellery is a limited liability company licensed in Jordan for the design, manufacture, and trade of jewellery. The company specializes in producing contemporary jewellery inspired by the culture and heritage of Jordan and designed by Nadia Dajani, using gold, silver, copper, and semi precious stones of different colours.
"The Nadia Dajani" flagship store is located at the Intercontinental Hotel in Amman, Jordan, with some representation in several five star hotels in the Kingdom. The store acts as an art gallery, and as such is continuously transformed as the new creations are displayed and the theme of the collections takes over.
Some of the outlets which carry Nadia Dajani's original pieces include: Nour Al Hussein Foundation Aqaba, Marriot Dead Sea spa & resorts, The Jordan River Foundation Show room, Souk Zara, and Aldeasa Jordan Duty free shops.
It is worth mentioning that Nadia Dajani received support from Tatweer, the Business and Export Development Project for Jordanian Enterprises, which is a part of the USAID programmes; Tatweer has sponsored Nadia's participation at IJL amongst other grants Nadia has received from them as a qualifying Jordanian SME.
Since the establishment of the company, Nadia Dajani exhibited her uniqe original art pieces in several local and international exhibitions including; the Four Walls gallery- Jordan 2002, il Rastrillo -Madrid 2001, The collection- London 1999, Washington DC- USA 2004.
