LG Electronics awards Global Best Performance Silver Award to MCS/Action

The award was presented at a recent ceremony held during the global and digital electronics leader's Global PR Forum in Korea, where 17 countries from around the world were represented including Mexico, Spain, India, Thailand and Australia.

"MCS/Action has done some tremendous work for us during the last 12 months," said Mr. Hamad Malik, Senior Marketing Manager, LG Electronics' Middle East and Africa Operations. "This award from LG headquarters recognises the efforts MCS/Action has made in assisting the promotion of the LG brand and its product range in the Middle East."

The award marks the second time MCS/Action has received global recognition from LG in its PR activities for the Korean giant.

"This award is thoroughly deserved by the account team working on LG Electronics," said Barbara Saunders, Managing Director, MCS/Action. "To be placed as the second best agency globally is down to the dedication and hard work put in by everyone at MCS/Action.

"LG revealed that we were two points off winning the top award this year, so we intend to bring Gold back to Dubai in 2003,' added Saunders.
