The three-day exhibition will open on Tuesday evening with a special VIP preview reception, allowing heads of schools, faculty and government representatives to see the latest in educational and teaching equipment from more than 40 international providers.
The exhibition will also offer two full days of workshops including a seminar programme, making this an important professional development opportunity for educational professionals in the region.
Visitors will be able to see, test and compare equipment including software, interactive whiteboards, books, gym equipment, furniture, virtual learning environments, Special Educational Needs (SEN) materials, Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) machines and design technology equipment.
Geoff Turner, Principal, Jumierah College, said: 'This event is part of our commitment to the community, especially to education stakeholders. By supporting and hosting the BES event, we hope to help in the effort to provide information about the latest educational technologies that will help improve the tools used by teachers and our students' capacity to learn. This event also provides our stakeholders, including students, an opportunity to showcase this exceptional school.'
'We are very interested in opportunities that allow us to put Jumierah College at the heart of the community or at the centre of best practice; the BES event is another such opportunity and we are pleased to be associated with a prestigious event such as this one,' concluded Geoff Turner.
