With the participants wrapping up their exhibits and assessing the success of their involvement, SNASCO, one of the region's leading property development firms, announced that their 2006 participation was a significant accomplishment.

During the three day exhibition, SNASCO's signature development in the UAE the Sharjah Investment Centre, made a considerable impact on the potential investors and visitors viewing their stand. The mixed-use mega-project is one of the most significant and important developments being constructed in the UAE and is set to tremendously enhance Sharjah's economy and solidify the emirates' position as one of the Gulf's leading industrial areas as a result of the utilities that will be made available, its size and its design. Furthermore, the project is expected to create more than 250 thousand job opportunities.

"Cityscape was successful, fruitful and beneficial and our participation was effective and efficient. Here we had the opportunity to be introduced to new property projects and meet many investors as well. The exhibition also presented a good chance to exchange point of views and ideas with other developers concerning the future of real estate in the U.A.E."

said Mr. Saleh Al- Sorayai, Chairman of SNASCO.

It is worth mentioning that SNASCO is developing a number of landmark projects that are still under construction across the UAE. In addition to the Sharjah Investment Centre, these projects cover all areas of property development, including a low-rise residential and commercial project in Sharjah called Al Basateen, and the West Bay, a commercial tower located in Dubai's Business Bay.
