Limitless, the global integrated real estate development arm of Dubai World, announced the success of its first development project in Dubai - Downtown Jebel Ali - with a complete sell-out of zones 1 and 2 to investors, predominantly local and international developers, within days of its launch.

"At Downtown Jebel Ali, we are not only creating a development, but a thriving community where people will want to live, not have to live. And the response we received confirms that we are on the right track and that investors share our vision," he added.

Downtown Jebel Ali is a 200 hectare urban centre and consists of four zones, covering an 11 kilometre stretch on Sheikh Zayed Road. Zones 1 and 2 (East Quarter and East Central), are sold out, while sales are currently underway for zones 3 and 4 (West Central and West Quarter). Limitless will develop approximately 20% of Downtown Jebel Ali itself, while the remaining area is sold to investors.
